BioBrick
Standard Assembly
Building up larger DNAs from standardized intermediates (Parts)
BioBrick standard assembly was the first proposed method of fabricating multi-gene DNAs using one standardized chemistry. It was proposed by Tom Knight at MIT and was popularized through the international genetically engineered machines competition. Section divider: BioBrick Standard Assembly. Underneath, a line reading "Building up larger DNAs from standardized intermediates (Parts)".
