Plate Pouring¶
Supervisor-only training¶
This technique is for supervisors only. Do not perform plate pouring unless you are a supervisor and have been trained to do it.
Required prerequisite training¶
Before doing this training, complete Flame Sterilization.
If you will also be remelting LB-agar in the microwave, complete Microwave.
